The meaning of the Japanese word Tadaima is “I’m back home.” However, the literal translation of tadaima from Japanese to English is actually “just here now.”
Tadaima is a humble and simple project whose sole purpose is to transmit to the greatest number, outside of any religious context, the learning of mindfulness meditation as a tool of well-being. Based in Montreal and Madrid, this project was born from a desire to:
- Introduce and teach all public towards the path of meditation (schools, companies, hospitals …)
- Provide the tools needed for anxiety and stress reduction for those seeking a better way to manage difficult emotions.
Tadaima, is a humanist project, which aims to teach a secular meditation, where each learner can become autonomous in their practices, and responsible for their own inner well being through this liberating learning.
